Street Markets are held each year. JANUARY | EASTER | OCTOBER

Our next market will be Saturday Oct 03 2026 9am to 1pm

The Beachport Street Market is a great day out for all. Held in the town centre, with the main street blocked off to traffic you will find a variety of stalls to peruse from local produce, jewellery, secondhand goods, food, handmade goodies, toys, plants.... and more. Every year seems to get bigger and better, so grab a coffee and a Lions donut, have a wander, listen to some tunes and soak up the vibrant atmoshpere!

The Annual Duck Race in January is after the markets, from 2:30pm at the Lake of Siloam. Purchase ducks for $5 each.

Temporary road closure. Residents and visitors to the town are advised that Railway Terrace (from Foster Street to Beach Road) Beachport will be closed to traffic from 7:30am to 3pm to facilitate this event.

Note: no dogs allowed in the market area unless service dogs.

Serene camping and picnic areas are situated on the shores of Lake George and coast. Tracks from the lake through the park to the coast are 4WD only. Permits available online or at the visitor info centre.

Pool of Siloam (Salt Lake)

Almost seven times saltier than the sea. The high salt concentration in the water makes swimming very easy as the water is extremely buoyant and noted for its healing qualities.
